As a self-confessed ‘data geek’ Stacey soon noticed that during peak season, when the majority of events were happening, the sales fell further down the to-do list. Couples who inquired on a Friday night often weren’t contacted until the Tuesday, once the weekend rush was over, which left an overflowing inbox and a less-than-perfect first impression for potential customers. She knew there must be a better way and the idea of outsourcing wedding venue sales and The Venue Experts was born.
